Throughout his career, Paul has successfully established and led high-performing multidisciplinary teams, delivering major programs for organisations including Inland Rail, Sydney Metro, Queensland Rail, Transport and Main Roads Queensland and London Underground.

Robbie is an accomplished portfolio, program and project management leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex initiatives across government, transport, infrastructure, hospitality, banking, mining and energy sectors.

Throughout his career, Robbie has successfully established and led portfolio management offices (PMOs), program delivery offices and governance frameworks that have enabled organisations to improve performance, strengthen oversight and successfully deliver major programs and capital investments.

His expertise includes portfolio governance, program controls, delivery assurance, PMO establishment, organisational capability development and integrated program management. Robbie is recognised for aligning strategy with delivery, creating effective governance structures and providing clients with practical solutions to manage complexity and achieve successful outcomes.

Most recently, Robbie has supported major development and infrastructure initiatives in the Middle East, providing leadership in the establishment of Program Delivery Offices (PDOs), portfolio governance frameworks and integrated project delivery environments across large-scale development and construction programs.

Paul is a highly experienced development and infrastructure leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering major transport, infrastructure and development projects across Australia and internationally.

Throughout his career, Paul has led the planning, business case development, procurement and delivery of complex projects including Brisbane Metro, Sydney Metro, Inland Rail, Northern Busway, Perth Airport Link, Gorgon LNG, Port Botany Duplication and major infrastructure initiatives in Singapore.

Paul's expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and investment justification through design management, procurement, delivery and operational readiness. His ability to align commercial, technical and stakeholder requirements enables clients to confidently progress complex projects from concept to successful delivery.

Having commenced his career with one of the world's leading professional services firms, Stephen has built extensive expertise in financial leadership, corporate governance, business performance and organisational growth across complex project and consulting environments.

Stephen has held senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer for a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy in the Middle East, where he played a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening financial performance and enhancing operational efficiency across large-scale projects and diverse business portfolios.
