International experience includes Australia and nine years in the Middle East, including in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman. His extensive experience reflects a strong track record in leading diverse, large-scale projects and delivering results across a range of sectors and geographical locations.

A dedicated and results driven delivery professional, offers a proven track record of setting up and leading high profile multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and service related programmes for large organisations including Inland Rail, Sydney Metro, Queensland Rail, Department of Transport and Main Roads and London Underground.

Paul held a dedicated project management role for over 20 years that has focussed on the delivery of a range of projects illustrating the ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and adopt and evolve delivery methodologies to meet compliance regimes and targeted outcomes.

Paul has 30 years’ experience managing the planning, business cases, design, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure in Australia and Asia including Airport Link PPP, Northern Busway, West Pilbara Iron Ore, Brisbane Metro, Sydney Metro, Gorgon LNG tanks, Woodsville Interchange Singapore, Inland Rail PPP, and Port Botany Duplication.

Paul offers comprehensive expertise across the entire project life cycle, from strategic planning to successful execution. With a wealth of experience, he understands precisely what drives project success, expertly managing cost, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

David is an experienced, focused, and driven delivery professional with a robust background in civil engineering and the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across Australia.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, including 15 years in project management and leadership roles, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of complex projects.

His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including rail and transport, large mixed-use developments, and building projects for both government and private sector clients.

Nick is a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in civil transport infrastructure, including roadworks, rail project delivery, and water and waste management.

Specialising in various contract frameworks, he has a proven track record in managing complex projects across these critical sectors.

A results-driven professional, he approaches every challenge with a strategic mindset, leveraging strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver successful outcomes.

His commitment to excellence and ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders ensures the timely and efficient completion of infrastructure projects, contributing to sustainable and positive results.

Jason is a seasoned Senior Project Delivery Professional with over 30 years of international experience in infrastructure development.

He brings a proven track record in managing major greenfield project integration and navigating critical interface challenges in brownfield developments. 

Known for his approachable and collaborative leadership style, Jason fosters strong, high-performing relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and seamless project delivery across all phases.

Robbie is a highly motivated and passionate construction contracts professional with 13 years of experience within the rail, building and infrastructure sectors.

He plays a key role in all stages of the contract lifecycle, bringing strategic analytical and problem solving skills to the successful negotiation, formation and contract management of contracts and stakeholder management to meet complex procurement and commercial management challenges.

Dana is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and technical expertise. He has significant experience in feasibility studies and pre-contracts, contributing to the successful planning and execution of large-scale projects.

Dana’s diverse expertise spans major civil infrastructure development, including earthworks, enabling works, and remediation, as well as roads, bridges, and complex infrastructure projects.

Skilled in external works, drainage systems, pipelines, tunneling, and piling, he has demonstrated a proven ability to manage and deliver multi-disciplinary projects in challenging environments.

Stephen is an accomplished finance professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Stephen began his career at one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, where he honed his expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Stephen's career trajectory led him to a prominent role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of the top ten multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancies in the Middle East. In this leadership position, he has played a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, supporting growth, and optimising operational efficiency across diverse, large-scale projects. Stephen’s deep understanding of both financial and operational dynamics has enabled him to successfully navigate complex challenges.
